DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) The suit for declaraon filed by plainff - Paramjit Singh (now deceased through LRs peoner herein) regarding property in dispute, was dismissed by the trial Court by way of judgment dated 23.12.2022. The appeal against the said judgment is pending before learned Addl. District Judge, Chandigarh. In that appeal, an applicaon under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC was moved to restrain the respondent from dispossessing the appellant or transferring in any manner or creang any type of third party rights in the suit property. The applicaon has been dismissed by way of the order dated 11.08.2023, which has been assailed before this Court by way of present revision peon. 2. Today, learned senior counsel appearing for both the sides have consented that the pares are ready to maintain the status quo regarding the tle as well as possession of the suit property and that the First Appellate Court be directed to expedite the disposal of the appeal within a period of 06 months.
