By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 668/2022 dated 17.09.2022, registered at Police Station Jafrabad, District North-East, New Delhi, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. By an order passed today, i.e. 24.03.2026, in BAIL APPLN. 968/2026, the applicant has been released on interim bail, for a period of one week from 27.03.2026, to attend the marriage of his brother. 3. The applicant’s last application for regular bail was dismissed by the learned Sessions Court on 19.11.2024, noting inter alia that some of This is a digitally signed order. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, with liberty to the applicant to move the learned Sessions Court afresh after expiry of the period of interim bail and surrender. 4. The application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the learned Sessions Court, which may be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
