Assistant Teachers in the case of the petitioners, and to direct the respondents to declare the probation of the petitioners, along with all service benefits, including annual increments and other attendant benefits. 2. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, as well as the learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submitted that the petitioners have already been granted all the benefits sought in the present writ petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a communication dated 30.01.2024, issued by the fifth respondent/School Education Department vide proceedings in R.C.
