Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party. 2. Present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of order dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 174 of 2025. 3. Pursuant to order dated 18.08.2025, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit of opposite party, which is taken on record. 4. Based upon affidavit he submitted that now the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, present application may be dismissed as infructuous, which is seriously disputed by learned counsel for the applicant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that till date order of Writ Court has not been complied with as order has been passed to grant one A.C.P., but the same has not been granted. 6. I have considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties and perused the order dated 19.09.2025. 7. Writ Court vide order dated 09.01.2025 has directed the opposite party to take decision. Once the decision has been taken, it is implied to make necessary payment also. 8. In light of affidavit filed today, contempt application is disposed off. 9. Notices are discharged, but in case, payment is not made within two months in terms of order dated 19.09.2025, applicant is given liberty to Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Manoj Kumar Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Si Satish Kumar Mishra And 35 Others .....Applicant(s) Sri Akhilesh Chaurasiya .....Opposite Party(s) move recall application. 10. Apart from Registrar(Compliance), learned Standing Counsel is also directed to send a copy of this order to opposite party within 48 hours for necessary compliance.
