Petitioner prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in FIR No.34 dated 17.03.2025 registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act and Sections 10/11/12 of the Aircraft Act (Sections 21-C/29/61/85 of the NDPS Act added later on ) at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 31.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 31.07.2025 is made absolute.
