JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A.PATIL) This petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: “Issue a direction, directing Smt. Kallavva w/o Shekargouda Patil, aged about 63 years, Occ: Household work, R/o: Malakanakoppa, Taluka: Kalaghatagi, Dist: Dharwad, before this Hon’ble Court and further directing the respondent No.3 and 4 to release her from respondent No.4’s illegal custody and secure the custody of the mother in law of the petitioner at the earliest and with utmost urgency and produce her before this Court.” 2. Sri S.B. Sri G.K. Hiregoudar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 on advance notice appeared and submits that the detenue is brought before the Court by Smt. Anita Singh, WPC No. 582 and Sri.C.N. Karaveerappanavar, P.S.I. of Kalaghatagi Police Station. We had interacted with the detenue. She states that she is residing along with her sister Smt. Girija at Madli village of Shiggavi taluk and she has stated that nobody has detained her. 4. In view of the presence of the detenue and her statement before the Court, we are of the considered view that no further orders are required to be passed in the petition.
