This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent no.- 3 to fix and demarcate the land bearing its Gata No. 419 having its area 0.1650 Hectare, situated in Village Baraudha Andar, Post- City Kotwali, Tappa-84, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Sadar, District- Mirzapur by boundary marks in pursuance of an order dated 12-3-2025 passed by respondent no.3 in Case No. 10693 of 2022, U/Ss.-24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Kali Nath and others Vs State of U.P. and others, in accordance with law, within stipulated time fixed by this hon'ble court." 2. It is contended that an order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed on 12.3.2025 but till date the said order has not been complied with. In paragraph no. 10 of the writ petition it has been stated that the order passed on 12.3.2025 has not been challenged before any competent court. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No. 3 to comply the order dated 12.3.2025, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 4.
