No. 185 of 2024 arising out of Gogari (Poura) P.S. Case No. 394 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing a minor girl who was aged about 7 years by cutting her neck. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.11.2023 and out of 10 witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88931 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the fact that the trial is proceeding, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
