By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Special Judge POCSO- III, Gorakhpur to proceed with the trial in Sessions Trial no. 689 of 2019 (State vs Sanjeet Yadav) arising out of Case Crime No.404 of 2017, under Sections 354(A), 504, 506 IPC & section 7//8 of POCSO Act, PS- Gagaha, District- Gorakhpur, within a short stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
