Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 66/2024 arising out of Godda Muffasil (Motiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 127/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 70 & 96 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Godda.
3. On 17.07.2024 at about 9:30 P.M., the informant came to know that his niece was raped by the petitioners.
4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of victim and the informant recorded during the trial in which they have not supported the prosecution case and as such they have been declared hostile.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Godda in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 66/2024 arising out of Godda Muffasil (Motiya
O.P.) P.S. Case No. 127/2024.

From perusal of the deposition of the victim recorded during the trial, it appears that the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Godda has written the name of the victim in the form of her deposition. Time and again, it has been pointed out that the name of the victim should not be revealed in her deposition or in the Judgement or any other order because it will reveal her identity. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Godda is warned and be careful in future.
