The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the authorities to extend the area of his firearm license from respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Mahoba to entire State of U.P. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard an application has been filed by the petitioner on 31.07.2025 before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Mahoba. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file fresh representation ventilating all his grievances along with necessary papers and documents and certified copy of this order before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Mahoba within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the petitioner does so within stipulated period, the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
