The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 22.07.2025 (annexure no.1) lodged by the respondent no.4 as vide Case Crime No.217 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 121(2) 132, 352 IPC and 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, Police Station Ikdil, District Etawah. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to not arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No.217 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 121(2) 132, 352 IPC and 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, Police Station Ikdil, District Etawah." It has been stated by the A.G.A., that charge sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case. The petitioner has the remedy to challenge the charge sheet itself before the concerned Magistrate and it is not a case for taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
