Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17(b), 18(b), 22(b) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribagh. 6. On 06.01.2025, Keredari Police apprehended this petitioner from a place near Tarhesa Manatu Road. On search, 700 grams of opium alongwith one lakh cash and a mobile phone were recovered from his possession. 7. It was submitted that recovered opium comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. 6. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner is accused in another case of similar nature. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
