This application under Section 528 BNSS has been preferred to quash the order dated 21.5.2025 passed by the learned C.J.M. in Case Crime No. 109 of 2023 under sections 147, 148, 323, 354, 354 (kha), 452, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Chandinagar, District Baghpat. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that after further investigation, final report has been submitted by the Investigating Officer, hence, the cause for filing present application no more survives. He seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. In view of above, the present application stands dismissed as having become infructuous. 6. The applicants shall be at liberty to approach this Court if the need so arises.
