No.189 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 308, 304 IPC and 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Kerakat, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge FTC 1st, District Jaunpur arising out of Case Crime No.107 of 2022 within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
