In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the respondents violated the order dated 03.02.2017 in W.P.MP.No.4457 of 2017 in W.P.No.3748 of 2017. 4. This Court allowed the W.P.No.3748 of 2017 and set aside the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent. Given the facts and circumstances, this court doesn’t find any violation of the order. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
