Heard Sri Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Brief facts of the case are that in the proceeding under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972, an application for amendment filed on behalf of the landlord, has been allowed by the Prescribed Authority. Hence this petition for the following reliefs:- "A. Set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 22.5.2025 passed by the Judge, Small Cause Court, Jhansi in P.A. Case No.216/2020 (Anurag Agrawal and Others vs. Manoj Kumar Gupta). B. Not to dispossess the petitioner from his peaceful possession on the shop bearing shop no.56/2, situated at Manik Chowk, District Jhansi." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that proceeding under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Act No.13/1972 was initiated in the year 2020 and the amendment application has been filed in the year 2022 which could not be allowed as the case was at the hearing stage. He submitted that the impugned order should be set aside and the amendment application filed by the landlord should be rejected. 4. I have considered the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. There is no dispute about the fact that proceeding under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 filed by the landlord is pending before the Prescribed Authority. There is also no dispute about the fact that the amendment application filed for insertion of certain paragraphs in the application, has been allowed under the impugned order. 6. Perusal of the finding of fact recorded under the impugned order as quoted above fully demonstrate that there is no illegality in allowing the application for amendment filed by the landlord under the impugned order dated 22.5.2025. 8. No interference is required against the impugned order dated 22.5.25025. 9. The petition is dismissed accordingly.
