Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel, takes notice for second respondent and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel, takes notice for third respondent. 5. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 800 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned. 6. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for second respondent and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for third respondent, at the time of admission.
