The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Special Case No. 69/2024, arising out of Baijnathpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, registered under Sections 137(2), 96, 3 (5) of the B.N.S. and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. 3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had fled away on her sweet will with the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.08.2024. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4228 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 for bail. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Court, POCSO, Saharsa, /concerned court below in connection with POCSO Special Case No. 69/2024, arising out of Baijnathpur P.S.
