JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents not to terminate the Petitioner from service from the post of Teaching Assistant in the Respondent no.2 college. b. Issue any other writ or direction as this Hon’ble court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. A memo singed by the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under; “That, the Petitioner above named most respectfully submit as under:- The Petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter, therefore intends to withdraw the above said writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11761 WP No. 107623 of 2023 3.
