The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the direction issued by the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the second respondent police registered a case in Crime No.213 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022. Since no further action has been taken to complete the investigation so far, the present petition has been filed. 3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.
