A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel regarding certain defects in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 3. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 4.
