This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 not to demolish or evict the petitioner from the house situated in Land Khasra No. 708 area 0.0380 Hectares situated at Village Baroda Sihani, Tehsil Dhaulana, District Hapur." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that notice under Section 67(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been issued against petitioner against which petitioner has filed his objections. 3. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted. However, revenue authorities are directed to decide the objection dated 02.07.2025 filed by petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one month, from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
