Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Nallajerla Police Station, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, the case was investigated by the Investigating Officer, and subsequently, a charge sheet was filed against the accused in the Court of learned PDM Court, Tadepalligudem. The case was registered as C.C.No.597 of 2021, and the Court below has concluded the trial and acquitted the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 under Section 255(1) of Cr.P.C. Therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
