The present petition has been filed seeking to raise his grievance that the private respondents are creating hindrance in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over land bearing Gata No. 227, area 0.7150 hectare situated in Mauja Lataura, Tehsil Charkhari, District Mahoba which the petitioner claims to be his own. Certain representations in this regard are stated to have been submitted to the administrative authorities. Counsel for the State-respondents has pointed out that the land in question is subject matter of a revision which is pending before the competent revenue court, wherein an interim order is operating between the parties. Having regard to the aforesaid, since the dispute with regard to the land in question is pending adjudication before a court of competent jurisdiction, it would not be within the domain of the administrative authorities to pass any orders on the representations which are stated to have been submitted in regard to the said land.
