The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions states that the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer request of the petitioner/ wife being acceded to. However, he would state that the petitioner/wife is yet to file counter in HMOP No.98 of 2025 and hence suitable directions may be issued for completion of pleadings in HMOP No.98 of 2025. 3. In the light of the fair concessions shown by the counsel for the respondent, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed on the following manner:- i) HMOP No.98 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Erode and transferred the same to the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai. ii) The petitioner shall file counter within a period of 4 weeks in HMOP No.98 of 2025 from the date of taken up the matter by the III Additional Family Court, Chennai. iii) The learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, on receipt of the papers from the Family Court, Erode, shall expedite the hearings in the proceedings and endeavour to dispose of OP finally, by 31.05.2025. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR CMP No. 349 of 2025 iv) The Family Court, Erode is directed to send the entire records with regard to HMOP No.98 of 2025 to the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai, forthwith.
