Notice be issued to the respondent, returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within a week. 3. Reference is made to pendency of LPA No.228 of 2025, titled as State of H.P. and others vs. Rukmi Devi and others alongwith connected matters, which has been admitted in view of the stay’s granted subsequently by the Apex Court after the decision of Civil Writ Petition No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 28.05.2024. 4. The matter is admitted for regular hearing to be heard with LPA No.228 of 2025. CMPST No.8175 of 2025 5. Notice in the aforesaid terms During pendency of appeal, operation of judgment passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No.9012 of 2024, titled as Mangli Devi Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 30.08.2024, shall remain stayed.
