The petitioner, namely, Jannatul Islam, son of Rofiqul Islam, resident of Village- Phukandoloni, P.S. Laluk, District-Lakhimpur, has filed this application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, on 28.02.2025, praying for his bail in Special (POCSO) Case No. 64/2024 arising out of Laluk Police Station Case No. 69/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 337/2024, in which he is a charge-sheeted accused under Section 366(A) IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, trial of which is presently pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), North Lakhimpur at Lakhimpur, wherein he was arrested on 10.05.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Hoque, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4.
