No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 6. 24.04.2025 KSR, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 The present application is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time granted by this Court in Crl.P.No.1978/2025 by order dated 04.04.2025. This Court vide above order directed the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer (S.H.O.), Lepakshi Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, on or before 17.04.2025, and on such surrender, the said S.H.O. is directed to release the petitioner on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O. Of course, this Court also imposed a condition directing the petitioner to appear before the S.H.O. once in a week. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order of this Court, he approached the S.H.O., Lepakshi Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, on 11.04.2025 along with sureties. But, the 2 said S.H.O., refused to accept the sureties on the ground that there is a proposal to transfer the case to Gowribidanur Police Station, Chikabalapur District, Karnataka State. He further states that again the petitioner approached the said S.H.O on 12.04.2025 and 14.04.2025, but he did not accept the sureties. In view of the above facts and circumstances, time granted by this Court by order dated 04.04.2025 is extended till 02.05.2025. ________________ K.SURESH REDDY, J MVA
