The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 26.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP- 4399-2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received all the payments. However, the payments have been made after a delay of 02 years for which he is required to be paid interest as well. He submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority seeking interest on the delayed payments. 3. In view of the above, order dated 26.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-4399-2025 has already been complied with. 4. Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged.
