In compliance of the roder dated 01.08.2025, status report dated 18.08.2025, by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police (City) Moga, District Moga, on behalf of respondent/State filed in Court is taken on record, copy of which has been supplied to the counsel opposite. Perusal of the status report shows that the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender, relevant paragraph is reproduced below: 10.“That after completion of investigation qua accused Arun Singh @ Deepu son of Gurpreet Singh, Arun @ Sangha son of Babu Singh. Rajvir Singh and Parkash challan has already been presented before the Ld. Court on 16.06.2025 and now same is fixed for 18.08 2025 for appearance of accused.
