There is no dispute with regard to the fact that the land belonging to the petitioner was taken over by the respondent no. 3 / Managing Director of Dakshinanchal, Electricity Supply Limited. It appears that it is also undisputed that compensation for the same has not been paid to the petitioner till date. 3. In light of the same, respondent no. 3 / Managing Director of Dakshinanchal, Electricity Supply Limited should be directed to pay the compensation to the petitioner in accordance with law. It should be kept in mind that land was taken in the year, 2005 but compensation has not been paid till date. 4. Accordingly, respondent no. 3 / Managing Director of Dakshinanchal, Electricity Supply Limited is directed to pass a reasoned order and pay the compensation to the petitioner in accordance with law and rate existing as on date within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 5.
