Nonetheless, learned advocate Mr.Chaudhari would request this Court that the suit proceeding be expedited by the Trial Court. 3. Permission, as sought for, is granted. 4. It is open for the petitioner to request the Trial Court to expedite the suit proceeding. 5. As and when such request will be made by the petitioner C/SCA/10870/2025 ORDER DATED: 08/09/2025 herein, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and if petitioner extends his support and cooperation to the Trial Court for early adjudication of the trial of the suit, such request be accepted. 6.
