When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of by giving direction to the respondent/Police to follow due process of law. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself, without going into merits of the case, by directing the respondent/Police to follow due procedure established under law.
