2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad, in B.P. No. 931 of 2024 arising out of Gomoh Rail P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that the appellant was apprehended from Gomoh Railway Station alongwith some minor children, who were being trafficked by the appellant.
4. It has been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 02.12.2024. It has further been submitted that the appellant has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.
6. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the appellant, we, while setting aside the order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad, in B.P. No. 931 of 2024 arising out of Gomoh Rail P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Manoj Kumar, learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Gomoh Rail P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024.
