The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(a) issue a writ of mandamus be issued to direct the respondent no.2 to 3 to constitute the special investigation team to investigate the cases lodged against the petitioners and the respondent no. 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners except in accordance with law and may be pleased not to interfere in the peaceful living of the petitioners otherwise the petitioners will suffer with irreparable loss and injury, in the interest of justice. (b) issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under circumstances of the case." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner. The petitioner has the remedy to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings and the relief as prayed cannot be granted. Petition is dismissed.
