The parties are present in person and their statements have already been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar. As per the Settlement, the parties have settled all the disputes and Petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards settlement of all the claims of the Respondent- wife towards istridhan, maintenance, jewellery etc. The parties have taken divorce by mutual consent under Section 13 B of the Hindu This is a digitally signed order.
