By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to expedite the proceedings and to decide the case no. 105 of 2024, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sarai Mamrej, District Prayagraj within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed the aforesaid case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in the year 2024 but no substantial progress has been made in the said proceedings so far, due to which applicant is facing financial hardship. Learned counsel further submitted that a direction may be issued to the concerned Family court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Family court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
