Condone the delay of 24 days in filing MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227) No. 12 of 2024 for impleadment of the Applicant as Legal Representative of the deceased Petitioner No. 1 in CRP(Art.227) No. 5 of 2020/to set aside abatement, if any; ii. The learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents also has made no serious objection in allowing the condonation application. Therefore, considering the submissions made by the counsel appearing for the parties and the reasons given in the application, the delay of 24 days in filing the MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227) No. 12 of 2024 is allowed.
