Reply has not been filed by the official respondents till date and, as such, the matter is taken on board for consideration. 02. Vide order dated 10.12.2025, petitioner came to be enlarged on interim bail by this Court subject, however, to the conditions that he shall associate with the Investigating Officer for investigation and shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the investigating agency. 03. Since reply has not been filed by the official respondents till date, it appears that petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the investigation. The offences under Sections 331(3) and 305 BNS charged against the petitioner are neither punishable with death nor imprisonment for life. 04. In view of the above, present application is allowed and order dated 10.12.2025 is made absolute. 05. Bail Application stands disposed of. 05 2 CRM(M) No. 1304/2025 06.
