Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: A. “Issue writ of mandamus or direction or order directing the respondents register FIR in-pursuant complaint dated 01/10/2024 vide Annexure-M and to take necessary action/steps in pursuant to letters dated 11/07/2024, 25/07/2024 and letter 10/12/2024 vide Annexure-H to L for providing necessary protection to the petitioner as well to provide protection to cultivate rs no.634/3 and 634/6 and of Ainapur, Tal. Kagwad vide Annexure- C and D. B. Issue any other writ or directions to meet the ends of justice.” 2. This Court, on 21.01.2025, had passed the following order: “Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession of the property and all proceedings against the private respondents have ended against him and in favour of the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17533 WP No. 100713 of 2025 The allegation is that, the petitioner is not permitted to harvest the sugarcane that he has grown, despite the orders passed by the concerned Courts in his favour. Therefore, the State shall consider grant of police protection, if need arises, and dispute between the two would turn violent in the real time.” 3. In the light of the said order, it transpires that the police have accorded protection and the petitioner has harvested his crops. 4. Learned counsel Sri Vitthal Teli submits that the matter would not survive for further consideration. In that light, the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
