Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and perused the record. 2. This civil revision has been filed challenging the order dated 16.07.2025 passed by District Judge, Rampur in Misc. Case No. 55 of 2025, rejecting the transfer application filed by the defendant/revisionist. 3. Perused the application filed by the revisionist and the order dated 16.07.2025 from which it is apparent that the transfer has been sought mainly on the ground that the defendant/revisionist came to know that the plaintiff/opposite party have proclaimed that they will successful in their suit and on the date fixed in the matter, the matter was not adjourned on the request of counsel who was busy in a meeting of the Bar Association. 4.
