Case No. 60 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 385, 387 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 05.03.2024, at about 10:30 p.m., unknown persons belonging to T.P.C., a banned extremist organization demanded extortion from the Informant who is a staff of M/s Bindeshwar Kumar Dangi. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put of T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that no money was delivered to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Ms. Sushma Aind, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
