The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of Bihar Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 33 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the newly constructed house of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to high handedness of the police. The house in question is newly constructed without any door or window which is accessible to one and all. Petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-II, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chhauradano P.S.
