This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.678 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 427, 506, 452 IPC, arising out of Case Crime No.251 of 2021, Police Station Saraikhawaja, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
