1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertinent to case of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for the First Civil Judge Senior Division Ambikapur, District Surguja bearing No. 7B/2021 to conclude the trial expeditiously within period of three months. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may
2 deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Suit No. 7B/2021 has been filed by the plaintiff/petitioner is pending consideration since 14.09.2021. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 7B/2021 within a stipulated time.
3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Kesharwani, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. First Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambikapur, District Surguja to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 7B/2021 expeditiously.
5. With the aforesaid observation(s), and direction(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of.Ssd Sd/-
