1. Present petition has been preferred against the order dated 21.07.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur in Execution case bearing No. ‘Exe/50/2023’, whereby warrants of attachment of properties of the petitioners have been issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contend that in view of the compromise effected between the parties, which is noted down in the order dated 27.03.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, the petitioner was to pay Rs.5 lacs per month. As per the compromise, from 27.03.2025, out of total amount of Rs.37 lacs, which was to be paid in installments of Rs.5 lacs per month, though he was not able to pay Rs.5 lacs per month but as on today, he has already paid Rs.12.5 lacs. As per the above referred to compromise, an amount of Rs.20 lacs was to be paid till July, 2025 which admittedly could not be paid by the petitioners. He further submits on instructions from petitioner No. 1 that he is ready and willing to deposit the remaining amount out of Rs.20 Gaurav Arora 2025.07.31 18:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
C. R No. 4952 of 2025 -1- lacs from April, 2025 to July, 2025 which was to be paid in instalments of Rs.5 lacs per month. He further submits that Rs.12.5 lacs already stands paid and the remaining amount of Rs.7.5 lacs will be paid on 21.08.2025 to the respondent-decree holder.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the whole file of this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the next date before the learned Executing Court is 01.08.2025. Since the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the balance amount of Rs.7.5 lacs on 21.08.2025, the learned Executing Court is requested to adjourn the matter to 21.08.2025 and till 21.08.2025, the operation of impugned order dated 21.07.2025 be kept in abeyance subject to the condition that if on 21.08.2025 as per statement of
learned counsel for the petitioners, the remaining amount of Rs. 7.5 lacs is not paid, the order dated 21.07.2025 would revive automatically. However, the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur can proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.
5. The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
