JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 28-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87112 of 2024(3) dt.28-01-2025 2/3 the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per prosecution case, on 11.4.23 at about 8 PM, while informant was at the shop, ten F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted husband of informant by means of lathi, danda, iron rod, farsa. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. As per F.I.R., ten persons assaulted husband of informant with various deadly weapons but doctor has found only one injury which is simple in nature that itself falsifies the prosecution case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87112 of 2024(3) dt.28-01-2025 3/3 Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P. S.
