This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for quashing of entire proceedings, including N.B.W. dated 05.01.2019, of Case No.1123 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No.47 of 2013, under Sections 406, 407, 409, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya, pending before the Court of Civil Judge (JD), Auraiya. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and applicant would appear before the trial Court and a direction may be made to the Court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/ surrenders before the court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided by the court concerned expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
