JUSTICE S.R. KRISHNA KUMAR) In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities/Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to re-instate the petitioner in the place where the petitioner was discharging his duties by considering 18 years of long services rendered at the 4th Respondent Gram Panchayat. b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to pay the arrears of wages for having discharged his duties as a waterman. c. Issue any other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The petition stands disposed off reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation to the concerned respondents ventilating his grievances. If such a representation is made by the petitioner together with relevant documents, the concerned respondents shall address the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision on the said representation within a period of two (2) months from the date on which the petitioner submits the representation.
